Hi, I'm Kat- owner of Katherine Dray Photography, your premiere portrait photographer! I believe that having professionally executed photographs that mark milestones and memories in one's life is one of the most important investments they can make. Having well done portraits that are professionally edited, printed, and delivered can leave a glimpse into your memories for years to come. Having been formally trained in e-commerce, beauty, and commercial photography, I have found my passion in portraiture. Why Are Photos SO Important To Me?!
I'm going to get on a little bit of a soapbox right now, but bear with me. With today's selfie innovations with Snapchat filters, a lot of photos today don't actually look like the people taking them. I see so many people taking photos of them and their toddlers with the dog filter or the beauty filter making them look like porcelain dolls, but if you wanted to go back in 10 years and look at photos of them, you really don't have any quality photos of you with your child, family, or whomever. The other reason I tell clients it's SO important to get professionally printed photos and albums is because they are one of the most important heirlooms to pass down through generations. Computers crash, external hard drives fizzle out, and phones can be destroyed by water.
